Commercial Break is purely based on my childlike penchant to create, breaking away from the commercial mindset I adapt sometimes when I’m composing.
I haven’t dropped music in a minute as well, so this is the entree before the main course; a passion project to flex my musicality.
Being an impulsive person, I get bored easily, and more times than often that boredom creates random and amazing music. Also, I like to create my projects in batches, and sometimes certain songs stand out; La La La and Dweet.
Like two lovers, they share similarities and differences that make them dynamic.
Although one is R&B and the other is Lovers Rock, they are actually in the same key, so they sync into each other perfectly .
“La La La” is for you and bae after a date night, with just warm light from a lamp, and Dweet is for creating memories while basking in the sun as waves touch your toes.
It was on my bucket list to work with KbKb, so I held Dweet till I got the chance to work with him Special Instructions:
